                                          -  Learners using CBT are able to complete the training 30 percent faster than 
                                             traditional methods.
                                          -  CBT allows learners to receive immediate feedback regarding their work.
                                          -  CBT simulates real world environments.  Simulations are very effective in
                                             training individuals to manage sensitive topics.
